Hi, I'm Stephen.

I started Purposed Lens because I've always been drawn to stories. Not just the big moments, but the people behind them.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with businesses, nonprofits, churches, and organizations to create video and photography that captures real moments and meaningful experiences. Whether I'm filming an event, creating a brand video, or documenting someone's story, my goal is always the same: create something authentic that people can connect with.

I believe the most effective content doesn't come from flashy effects or complicated marketing. It comes from understanding people. When a video helps someone feel something, understand something, or trust someone, it has done its job.

Based in Gainesville, Florida, I work with organizations and professionals who want to communicate clearly, build trust, and tell their story in a way that feels genuine and true to who they are.
